Delivery Policy

Once your order is completed you will receive a confirmation email of your order and your order will be processed and prepared for delivery within one working day.

• Delivery in Kuwait takes 1-2 working days 
• Delivery outside Kuwait takes 3-5 working days

The delivery charge is calculated during the checkout process and is not refundable.

Please make sure you provide us with the correct delivery address.

 

Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange and return must be done within 14 calendar days from purchase date and must meet the following conditions:

1. Exchanged and returned items must be in original packaging, with original tags and in original purchase condition (not used and not damaged)
2. Items that are damaged after purchase and items that are in an unsellable condition will not be accepted for exchange or return
